Version 0.1Draft

This is a draft under review. It describes how ITQAN works today; the final text may change. Questions: asmaa.atef@itqan.health

What the assistants do

ITQAN's AI assistants draft documents, suggest assessment scores, draft corrective and preventive actions, and answer questions about accreditation standards.

Grounded in the standards

Every compliance claim an assistant makes cites a passage of a standard from the central knowledge base. When no authorised passage is available for a standard, the assistant does not draft; it says so, and you can do the work without AI.

Human oversight

No document or CAPA is published without a named human approver. An assistant's output is a draft until a person in your facility reviews and approves it.

Your data and model training

Your data is never used to train or fine-tune models. Assistants improve only through your workspace's private memory and through anonymised, k-anonymous insights drawn from five facilities or more, which a human curator approves. You can opt out at any time.

Limits

  • Assistants can be wrong. Check every output against the standard and your facility's facts before approving it.
  • Readiness results are internal estimates, not an accreditation decision.
  • AI use is measured in credits and capped by your plan.
