Version 0.1Draft

This is a draft under review. It describes how ITQAN works today; the final text may change. Questions: asmaa.atef@itqan.health

The service

ITQAN provides a web workspace that helps a healthcare facility prepare for accreditation: assessments against accreditation standards, documents, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), indicators and reports, with AI assistance.

Your account

  • The person who signs up becomes the owner of the facility's workspace and is responsible for the users they invite.
  • Sign-up requires a work e-mail address that can receive the verification link.

Trial and plans

  • Every self-service sign-up starts a free trial of 5 days, whatever plan is chosen. No payment card is required to start it.
  • AI use is measured in credits. A trial carries a capped credit allowance; each plan includes a monthly allowance.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription to a plan.

Your responsibilities

  • AI output is a draft. A named person in your facility must review and approve every document and CAPA before it is used.
  • Readiness results in ITQAN are internal estimates computed from your data against the reference edition. They are not an accreditation decision and do not represent the accrediting body.

Your data

Your facility's data is yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Notice and the AI Use Policy.
