What we collect at sign-up
The organisation name, the workspace subdomain, your name, your work e-mail address, the facility type, the country and, if you enter one, a coupon code.
Why
To create and verify your workspace, to send you the verification link and service messages, and to answer you when you contact us.
Data in your workspace
What your facility records in its workspace (assessments, documents, CAPA, indicators, its users) is processed only to provide the service to that facility. Each facility's data is isolated from every other facility's at the database level.
AI processing
How AI features use your data, and the commitment that it is never used to train models, is set out in the AI Use Policy.
Export and deletion
The workspace owner can export the facility's data. When a subscription is terminated, the facility's data is deleted within 30 days.
Cookies and device storage
ITQAN uses only what the service needs to work. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Signing in: our sign-in service (Keycloak, on ITQAN's own sign-in host) sets session cookies that keep you signed in and protect the sign-in steps. They end when the session ends or the browser is closed.
- Session timing: the cookies
itqan_last_activityanditqan_auth_awayhold the time of your last input, so every ITQAN tab shares one five-minute inactivity clock. They hold a time only. - Language: a cookie remembers the language you chose (Arabic or English).
- In your browser: the app keeps short-lived records (a sign-in in progress, why you were signed out, a form draft in the platform console), a display preference, and, while ITQAN support works in your workspace with your facility's permission, the support session's reference.
- Working offline: so that audits work without a connection, the app keeps audit answers that are waiting to be sent, and recent copies of pages and data, on your device. Waiting answers are removed once they are sent. The recent copies are removed when you sign out or when the app ends your session. Closing the browser without signing out keeps them. On a shared computer, sign out before you leave; to remove every copy, also clear this site's data in your browser.
